Polish police authorities detained a German guy on allegations of exporting dual-use technology to Russia that was used for arms production, Polands security service stated Wednesday.The man was apprehended in the Lubusz province, which borders Germany in western Poland, and charged with brokering and exporting dual-use goods to Russian area, the security service said in a statement.Without offering details, the statement said the guy had sold specialist makers that were unlawfully sent out to Russian military plants associated with weapons production.
